Students may access the Wellsboro Online Academy through a high speed internet connection by following these steps:
Enter your username and password (provided at Orientation).
Click on a class and you will enter the Buzz Platform.
If you are unable to access your classes following these steps, contact Ms. Giarth, WOA Online Lead Teacher at tgiarth@wellsborosd.org or 570-948-1600 OR contact Dr. Benjamin Largey, WOA Director of Online Programs at blargey@wellsborosd.org or 570-362-1109.
Students and parents should monitor grades by logging into their student account.
Go to https://caola.caiu.org/login.
Log in using student's login/password. You will see a gradebook in the Genius platform when you first log in, but students are encouraged NOT to use this gradebook in the Genius platform due to having limited information.
Click on any course to enter the "Buzz" Management System.
Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner.
Click on "Grades."
You will see the CURRENT SCORE for the assignments that have been completed. You will also see your percentage PROGRESS in the course and assignments will be identified in the gradebook that are not completed by the due date.
It is import to note that the "Current Score" grade may not factor in "zeros" for work that is not complete.

Online Course Teachers:
If you are having difficulty with the content of the course (what you are learning), please contact your course teacher. You can email your teacher by clicking on the airplane symbol at the top right of your course. Teachers respond within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Online Lead Teacher:
Contact Mrs. Giarth, Online Lead Teacher, for all other questions or concerns. You may also contact her if you are having difficulty communication with your course teachers. She is available to help every school day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. You can email, call, or text.
