Work Session Agenda for February 7, 2023
Due to icy conditions in some areas of our district, the WASD will be operating on a 2-hour delay today, Thursday, January 26th.
The Wellsboro Area School District will be using a remote learning day tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25th due to the predicted snow. The district is now using the remote days as all scheduled snow days have been used for this year. All buildings will be closed.
A phone and a watch were found at the admin building. If either of these items belongs to you, please contact the district office at 570 724 4424.

Due to varying road conditions across the district, the Wellsboro Area School District will be closed today, Thursday, January 19th.
The Wellsboro Area School District will be operating on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, January 19th. In the event ice continues longer than predicted, a decision to close school will be made by 7:15 a.m. tomorrow.
All busses and vans have safely arrived at the school this morning.
Bus #17 will be approximately 20 minutes late today, Tuesday, January 17th.
Please read the letter regarding the reason for the lockdown of the Middle and High School Buildings this morning. This was done to prevent any students or teachers from being in the hallways during the time the K9 units searched our buildings for possible drugs.

All after school activities are cancelled for this evening.

Our Middle School Choir students did a wonderful job during their chorus concert.
The Wellsboro Area School District will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, December 15th, 2022 due to the upcoming winter storm. All facilities will be closed to the public, including the fitness center and weight room. All after school activities are canceled for tomorrow evening.
Our band members did a wonderful job during the Christmas Concert last week.
