Due to poor road conditions, the Wellsboro Area SD will be closed tomorrow, Dec. 23rd.
All after school activities are cancelled for this evening.
The issue at the elementary school has been resolved and students should report to school tomorrow as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding today.
Due to a main sewer line break between the Charlotte Lappla and Don Gill Elementary Schools, there will be no school for grades K - 4 tomorrow, Wednesday, December 21st. This only effects those students, faculty, and staff in those buildings. In order to complete the work, the buildings will need to be completely shut down for the day. We are hopeful this work can be completed in one day. Again, the Charlotte Lappla and Don Gill Schools will be closed tomorrow. All other buildings will remain open for students and staff.

Our Middle School Choir students did a wonderful job during their chorus concert.
The Wellsboro Area School District will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, December 15th, 2022 due to the upcoming winter storm. All facilities will be closed to the public, including the fitness center and weight room. All after school activities are canceled for tomorrow evening.

The public meeting scheduled for tonight, November 30, 2022, regarding the establishment of the Wellsboro Parks and Recreation Authority is postponed. If rescheduled, it will be advertised at that time.
