4 Teams from the WAHS ENGINEERING Program traveled to Muncy JSHS to compete in the TSA Competition.

Taylor Main, River Moyer, and Colegan Stiner: 2nd place in the Senior Solar Sprint

Wyatt McConnell and Jacob Smith: 2nd place in Technology Problem Solving

Jacoby Strang and Jude Cuneo: 3rd place in Engineering Structures

Event Descriptions:

Senior Solar Sprint-Design, construct and race a hybrid solar/battery-powered vehicle.

Engineering Structures- Design and construct identical towers out of balsa wood to withstand the greatest load.

Technology Problem Solving- Design and construct a vehicle on-site with limited materials to carry a payload the farthest distance on a guide wire.
