Pennsylvania College of Technology, a special mission affiliate of Penn State focused on applied technology education, invites you to participate in our Recruitment Days, which will take place on-campus this fall.

The $135 registration fee for each Recruitment Day will directly contribute to the Student Internship Fund and career development programming at Penn College. The Student Internship Fund provides resources to support out-of-pocket expenses incurred by our students as they pursue internship experiences. Registration will include two company representatives and each representative will receive a food voucher to be used at one of Penn College’s dining units. Penn College will supply a six-foot table with two chairs. You are welcome and encouraged to bring company signage/banners to display. The events are scheduled to be hosted outdoors under pop-up tents, weather permitting. If the weather is to be adverse, a rain location has been pre-planned and will be communicated with the participants prior to the event.

Recruitment Days will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Most events offer space for a maximum of 30 employers to participate.

Our Fall 2023 Career Fair, our two-day signature event for all majors, will be held on Monday, October 2 & Tuesday, October 3rd. Registrations will be opening in the month of August for the event.
