I am thrilled to have the honor of teaching my 10th year at Don Gill Elementary. I have spent most of my career in second grade and did have the privilege of teaching 3rd grade one of my years as an elementary teacher to learn and understand the curriculum one grade above my current grade level.

I have been working for the Wellsboro School District since 2011, first as an instructional aide, then a long term substitute, and finally as a 2nd grade classroom teacher. My family and I live in the area and love our small town living.

I am passionate about teaching and have taught K-6th grade throughout my career. Our classroom will provide ways that will enrich your child’s experiences through hands on learning. Learning is personalized to your child’s specific needs and interests on a topic. Our mornings will be spent on reading, writing, and math.

I’ve been employed in the Wellsboro School District since 1995, and have always enjoyed teaching this age! Second grade is a wonderful year of growth and accomplishment. In our classroom, we want every child to feel positive and confident, while having the best learning experience possible.
